Research areas

The research interest of the Meyer group is scanning probe microscopy and its combination with local chemical analysis. Thilo Glatzel’s research focuses on noncontact atomic force microscopy and spectroscopy, especially KPFM, and the structural nanoscale analysis of molecules and molecular assemblies on surfaces and their mechanical, electrical, and optical properties.
