BChemXtractWeb released: free, open-source structure extraction in your browser

The Beilstein-Institut has launched BChemXtractWeb, a user-friendly web interface for its open-source pure-Java tool BChemXtract.

Users upload CDX or CDXML files, and the app extracts every structure without any coding. Each structure is shown with its SMILES, InChI, InChIKey and molecular formula, and can be enriched with data from PubChem.
