The DC bias voltages that reduced Δf(fm) to zero are slightly different depending on the frequency of the AC bias voltage: Vs(LF) ≈ 47.5 mV and Vs(HF) ≈ 12.0 mV for low- and high-frequency AC bias voltages, respectively. The difference between Vs(LF) and Vs(HF) is ΔVs = −35.5
